I presented an oral talk at the 11th International Conference on Multiscale Materials Modeling (MMM 2024), held in Prague, Czech Republic, 22–27 September 2024.

Talk title: "Revisiting the vacancy diffusion behavior under the influence of solute trapping in dilute alloys."

This talk introduced a physics-based analytical model for predicting vacancy diffusivity as a function of solute concentration and temperature, combining DFT-computed migration barriers with kinetic Monte Carlo validation. The results resolve a long-standing discrepancy between experimental diffusion data and classical theory in dilute Al alloys.
