Dr. Chunan Li presented an oral talk on my behalf at the International Conference on Processing & Manufacturing of Advanced Materials (THERMEC'2025), held in Tours, France, 30 June – 4 July 2025.

Talk title: "Influence of impurity atoms on the diffusivity and spatial evolution of vacancies in aluminum alloys."

This talk presented our latest results on how trace impurity elements modify vacancy migration barriers and alter the long-range spatial distribution of excess vacancies across grain boundaries in multicomponent aluminium alloys, with implications for age-hardening response and radiation tolerance.
